Sicur 08: Froment is presenting at Sicur the safety connector Fasten Clip

Sicur 08: Froment has developed the safety connector Fasten Clip. The Fasten Clip is a connector with rotating unraveller, drop detector and made from a light alloy. It also incorporates a clamp with an opening of 11 mm. This connector is available with two finishes: a clamp of 11 mm AMO20 and a clamp of 22 mm AMO21.

This connector prevents possible falls and is extraordinary light.
It only weights 125 grams.. Some of its main advantages are its ease and speed of use thanks to its highly studied design. The opening is made by simply pressing on the two side tabs. It is a highly safe connector. Its closure and subsequent blocking are automatic after the element onto which it has been connected has passed through. It has a breaking strength of over 22 KN. Regarding its advantages, they are of several different types:
-Its rotating unraveller provides the user with freedom of movement.
-Lightness, since it is the lightest one in its category.
-Compact: it aids its handling.
-Drop detector: the appearance of a red ring means that the apparatus has suffered from an effort and needs to be replaced.

This article is particularly recommended to be integrated into an EPI system, with rope, anti-drop with automatic relay, etc.
