Commitment to quality and exclusives

Renaitex is a company which supplies middle and high class stores, at a national and international level, and whose mission, according to Sheila K. Miller, is to create high quality products at competitive prices in order to achieve the greatest share in the textile market.

“Therefore we invest in our materials and quality control. We want to keep the company as competitive as possible, not only in the national market, but in all other markets where we operate, ensuring the loyalty of our customers and innovation in our design”, comments the head of the company. “Renaitex has a firm commitment to the quality and exclusive nature of its products and to good customer service”, she adds.
Active in the Portuguese and Spanish market since 1991, Renaitex is still looking for possible contacts in the field of textiles and trying “to give continuity to our personalised customer care and to present our new collections”.

To this end, those in charge at the company never miss an edition of Interdecoração, an exhibition which Sheila K. Miller considers to be “perfectly suited to our goals”. “From our point of view, Interdecoração is good for professionals in the textile and decoration sectors, with a greater flow of regular national buyers. We predict it will continue to give the good results achieved in previous editions”, she adds. Apart from the markets mentioned above, Renaitex is also in France and Brazil, where it has its own showrooms and warehouses. “We have also spread out to other European countries, such as Germany, Poland, Holland, as well as other markets that are further afield, such as the Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Australia and Cameroon. After our main market, which is Portugal, the preference is for France, where we have a vast range of well-established, reputable boutiques”, reveals Sheila K. Miller.
