Surgital in SIAL 2006
Set up 25 years ago as a small artisan workshop, Surgital is today Italy`s leading company producing deep-frozen fresh pasta and sauces for quality restaurant cooking and catering, as well as ready to cook deep-frozen dishes for the bar and snack outlets. Its plant is located in Lavezzola, in the province of Ravenna, and covers a total area of 60,000 sq.m, of which 26,000 are dedicated to production and 25,000 m3 to cold storage rooms at -18C.
Our corporate mission has always been to offer a top quality product with a high service content. To this end, our company makes use of all its energy, efforts and dedication, in the name of absolute quality, allocating so much to research and innovation.
