The Miski S.A. Corporation (“Miski”) has been constituted within Peru like the most important company in the development, manufacture and commercialization of paprika, chili peppers, red peppers and their derivatives, exporting products by tons, duplicating its volume annually.

Counts with a 12000 square meters processing plant located at the industrial zone of Lima, constantly improving and with other 3 storing centers located in different cities.

Five hundred agriculturists collaborate with Miski, this represents 2500 hectares of capsicums (paprika) plantations located throughout the Peruvian coast.

Miski processes paprika and others capsicums from different agriculturists and lattitudes in Peru. These products are controlled and analyzed when entering to any of the company warehouses passing through their first classification that takes to constitute lots with certain specific characteristics.

At Miski the production of mill paprika is now implementing the HACCP management quality system, based on the line purity in all its presentations and continuously seeking for processes improvement.

Since July 2006 Miski counts on the ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System.
