Chie Mihara in Modacalzado Septiembre 2008
Chie Mihara exhibits its feminine and elegant proposal at SIPIEL Modacalzado September 2008.
Its 08/09 autumn winter collection transports the audience to the glam of the 40s. Peep toes, round edges and small platforms of a dreamed decade. Thick heels resembling the Luis XV style evidences voluminous shapes thus creating a mysterious and feminine image. The colors palette features fuchsia, red, grey, black in addition to green, ocean blue and various shades of brown. Among materials, we find elegant crocodile engravings and metalized leathers. Next season also brings what we call Cubism of the 80s; a combination of volumes and shapes, sharp ends and conic heels. Geometric details that recover the authentic 80s spirit.
